10 Days Tour from Casablanca

Your 10-day Morocco tour begins in Casablanca with pickup from your accommodation or according to your arrival arrangements. Begin with the Hassan II Mosque, Casablanca's most recognizable landmark, situated beside the Atlantic Ocean.

After your time in Casablanca, travel north along the Atlantic coast toward Rabat, Morocco's capital.

Discover some of Rabat's important landmarks, including the Oudaya Kasbah, Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. The day finishes with check-in at your accommodation in Rabat.

After breakfast, leave Rabat and travel north toward the Rif Mountains. The scenery gradually changes as you leave the Atlantic region and approach Chefchaouen.

Arrive in Morocco's famous Blue City and enjoy time to discover the old medina at your own pace. Walk through blue-painted lanes, small squares and local streets surrounded by the mountain setting.

The slower schedule gives you time to enjoy Chefchaouen rather than treating it as a short stop. Spend the night in a hotel or riad in the city.

After breakfast, leave Chefchaouen and travel south toward Volubilis, adding an important archaeological stop to your journey between northern Morocco and Fes.

Spend time exploring the archaeological site of Volubilis, where the remains provide a window into the region's ancient history. Entrance fees are not included and are paid separately.

After the visit, continue toward Fes. Arrive later in the day, check into your hotel or riad and enjoy the evening at your own pace before the next day's guided sightseeing.

After breakfast, meet your local guide for a full day dedicated to discovering Fes. Begin with areas outside the old medina, including the Mellah and the exterior gates of the Royal Palace.

Continue to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the historic city before discovering traditional Moroccan ceramic and zellige craftsmanship.

Enter the old medina with your guide and walk through its narrow streets, traditional souks and artisan quarters. See workshops and experience the atmosphere of one of Morocco's most fascinating historic centers.

During the tour, view the famous tanneries from the surrounding terraces while your guide provides historical and cultural context. Entrance fees are not included.

Leave Fes after breakfast and travel south through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane before continuing toward the Cedar Forest for a short break among the cedar trees.

Continue through changing mountain landscapes toward southeastern Morocco. As the road descends, the scenery becomes increasingly dry and open.

Stop for views over the palm-filled Ziz Valley before continuing toward Erfoud and Merzouga. The Erg Chebbi dunes begin to dominate the landscape as you approach the Sahara.

Arrive in Merzouga and settle into your hotel or riad near the dunes. The following day is reserved for a deeper exploration of the desert region.

After breakfast, begin your 4×4 exploration of the Merzouga region. Travel beyond the main dunes to experience the landscapes and communities surrounding Erg Chebbi.

Visit Khamlia village before continuing toward the Merzouga oasis. When seasonal conditions allow, you may also see the desert lake.

Continue across the desert terrain to meet nomad families and learn about life in this remote region. The exploration also takes you toward an old mining area.

Return toward Khamlia for a lunch stop, where traditional Berber pizza is a local specialty. Lunch is not included and is paid separately.

Later, prepare for your camel ride across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Travel toward the Sahara desert camp, where dinner is included and you spend the night surrounded by the desert.

After breakfast, leave the Sahara and travel west through southeastern Morocco toward Tinghir and Todra Gorge.

Take time to walk through Todra Gorge, where high canyon walls rise above the valley. The landscapes provide a dramatic change after the open desert around Merzouga.

Continue toward Dades Valley through traditional villages and impressive rock formations before arriving at your accommodation.

Dinner is included this evening at your accommodation in the Dades Valley.

Leave Dades after breakfast and travel through the Rose Valley toward Ouarzazate, passing the distinctive landscapes and traditional settlements of southern Morocco.

Continue to Ait Ben Haddou and spend time exploring its historic fortified ksar and traditional earthen architecture. Entrance fees, where applicable, are not included.

From Ait Ben Haddou, continue across the High Atlas Mountains. Follow the mountain road through changing valleys and villages before descending toward Marrakech.

Arrive in Marrakech later in the day and check into your hotel or riad. Enjoy the evening at your own pace before the dedicated city tour the following day.

After breakfast, meet your local Marrakech guide for a full day dedicated to exploring the historic city.

Visit Bahia Palace and discover its courtyards and traditional Moroccan decorative details. Continue to Ben Youssef Madrasa, an important historic monument in the old city.

Continue on foot through the old Medina and its traditional souks. Explore narrow streets lined with local shops and artisan workshops while your guide introduces you to the history and character of Marrakech.

Discover Jemaa el-Fnaa, the famous square at the heart of the old Medina, before continuing toward the Koutoubia area, one of Marrakech's most recognizable landmarks.

Entrance fees to monuments and attractions are not included. After the guided tour, return to your accommodation and enjoy your final evening in Marrakech.

After breakfast, your final transfer is arranged according to your flight plans.

If your flight departs from Marrakech Airport, transfer from your accommodation to the airport at the appropriate time.

If your international departure is from Casablanca Airport, travel from Marrakech to Casablanca for your flight. Because this is a longer road transfer, the departure time will be coordinated carefully with your flight schedule.

Your 10-day journey across Morocco finishes with drop-off at your selected departure airport.
